How much does it cost for real estate photography?

The pricing depends on what you need and what you are looking for. We offer packages that strive to suit your budget and needs. Please see our real estate photography packages here.

How soon will it take to receive my photos?
Photos will be delivered two days after the photoshoot. If you need rush delivery, let us know, and we can work to help with that.
What if you're doing aerial photography/video?
It is helpful to know the property lines before the shoot.
How do I schedule or book an appointment with Caliber Real Estate Photography?
You can schedule an appointment with us on this website. You are also able to call us at 832-860-9162, and we can help organize that for you.
What are your service areas?
We service the greater Houston Area. However, we are willing to come to you for an additional charge, whether in or out of state.
How long does the appointment take?

This varies, depending on several factors. The most crucial factor is the property size.

Typically, it takes about an hour. The larger the building, expect for more time.

How do I pay for my photographs?
Photos will be delivered two days after the photoshoot through a digital gallery with an invoice that can be paid with a debit card or credit card. The invoice is due on receipt.
What if the weather is not cooperating during the shoot?

What happens on days when the weather is not favorable. We have several different options.

#1 – We can do the interior photos, and if the weather clears up while we’re there at the property, we can do the exterior photographs.

#2 – We can capture the interior photos and exterior on two separate days

#3 – We can reschedule the photo shoot.

We leave the choice up to the homeowner and real estate agent.

When is the most ideal time for real estate photography?
This varies depending on availability. However, north facing properties are best shot early in the morning, west facing properties are best captured in the early afternoon, east-facing properties are best captured in the morning. However, all can benefit from being photographed during magic hour.
How high do you fly your aerial drone?
Legally, we cannot go higher than 400 feet. Typically, we fly much lower than that when capturing your property to ensure that everything is in focus.
